I just love going here - while the prices are not cheap you will find some lovely pots and pottery items. Its always worth a check out the back as you never know what you will find in their seconds area. I have purchased quite a few things in this section that you would be hard pressed to know they... Visited today and really enjoyed the variety of pottery on sale. There are lots of different colours, sizes, shapes to choose from to suit your decor. I personally love the bright colours. It is set out nicely and there is plenty of room to move around the shop and lots to look at. The pproducts are expensive, however for the... More

Joined friends for lunch on outdoor patio. Calm and protected. Enjoyed two different soups house tomato and day special kumera both very acceptable. Limited cabinet choices. Background live guitar in quiet mode. Sparrows a bit too friendly.

Heard about this at the i site in Warkworth and did a detour back up the road for 10 minutes to see it. So glad we did! The pottery is amazing and we went on the little tour which was really interesting.

I would recommend a visit to Morris & James to anyone travelling in the area. The pottery is fantastic. Wonderful designs and great colours. Don't be surprised if you leave with one or two pieces as they are hard to resist and reasonably priced.

Many of our friends had told us to stop here and said the pottery work was outstanding- and it was. What was also great was going on the free tour that goes once daily at 11:30. It was fascinating seeing how they operate such a large proaction studio while keeping it personal and "in the family". It was a pleasure... More

It's hard to describe, so you just have to see for yourself, but you will be in awe of the beautiful variety and sheer presence of the amazing works of art found here. And all produced on site! Warning!!, - This place can do... More

This looks like a hidden gem. A nice well maintained garden and cafe + a big workshop to visit and buy hand crafted ceramics. The atmosphere is nice but I think the food being served in the cafe is overpriced for what you get.
