We had an excellent tour with Aaron from Melendez tours. He was extremely helpful, timely and accommodating. We had several people with our group who had difficulty ambulating. He drove the van closer to pick them up. He was marvelous. The crocodile tour was amazing. Thank you.

visited Costa Rica on a cruise ship stop. Hired Melendez Tours at the port. Same tour as the ship excursion but at a little better price. Tour was very good, informative. Knowledgeable, prompt, great service. Number of stops on the way. Had a little extra time at end so did a quick ride around tour of Puntarenas. Roberto and Ruth did a great job. We picked up this tour after our cruise ship docked in Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Aaron was the guide (fluent in English) and his mother 'Ruth' was the driver. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and took us on a very enjoyable tour of the surrounding area, about 4 hours total with 3 or 4 stops for shopping and sights. I can't remember the exact cost but I think it was around $50p/p which was less than the cruise ship price. The only downside was that there were 8 of us on the tour, it would have been more comfortable with just 6 as the seats are close together. Highly recommend for a party of 6 or less. Aaron also gave us a recommendation for a tour contact in Cartegena, Columbia which turned out to be a great day as well.…

Was on a Cruise in November / December (2018) and during our stop in Costa Rica spent some time touring with Melendez Tours. They were all very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for group or private tours.
