Stuart Robertson's Normandy Tours is worth every penny. He has an amazing command of the history of the allied invasion of Normandy. Bringing to life the bravery and resourcefulness of soldiers and officers, helped me appreciate the sacrifice made by ordinary men who did extraordinary things. I highly recommend Normandy Battle Tours, you will not be disappointed.

Myself and my 13yr old son travelled with a small coach party through the Return to Normandy Charity. Stuart joined our group for three days and provided an invaluable insight into the DDAY Landings and the history surrounding it. His knowledge is remarkable but more noticeable was the passion with which he shared it. This clearly is not 'just a... More

I went to Normandy with a group charity and Stuart accompanied us and told us every thing to know about the place we visited regarding the D-day landings. Stuarts passion and knowledge was extraordinary, and fascinating. This is clearly not just his job for him, but a huge part of his life that he's willing to share with others.

My Dad's lifelong dream was to see the beaches of Normandy. In September 2014 my sister and I went with Dad. They are both history buffs but I thought I was just along for the photos and a little adventure. Stuart explains the strategy and actions so well, with stories of real people, that I really enjoyed the tour and... More

We went on a one day tour with Normandy Battle Tours to see Juno beach and followed in where the Canadian troops moved inland. Stuart, our guide was absolutely amazing. He made history come alive for us with personal stories of soldiers he had met and we all agreed that we had learned more about our Canadian troops and WW2... More

While I would have liked to spend more time in/around Normandy Stuart's one day tour provides an excellent overview of D-Day and the days, weeks, & months that followed. Stuart provides maps, commentary & details only someone who has studied history extensively & truly remains fascinated by this unique point in time. Never long-winded or lacking in respect Stuart's reverence... More

The 4 nights/5days with Stuart & Jenny far exceeded any expectation that we might have had. From the time they greeted us at the airport to the return trip, their hospitality and attention to detail were remarkable. To simply call Stuart a guild is unjustified--he is so much more. His knowledge of, passion for, and commitment to the events that... More

Our party of four spent five days with Stuart and Jenny Robertson in their Norman farmhouse for a tour of the D-Day beaches and Mont. St Michel. The entire time with the Robertsons could hardly have been better. Jenny was a warm and welcoming hostess and Stuart exceeded our high expectations for our visit to the D-Day battlefields and beaches.... More

Stuart Robertson, his wife Jenny and their black rescue dog, Gold, make a great team. Jenny was patient and flexible in making sure we were comfortable in their separate entrance, B&B. She dropped us off at a local restaurant of our choice each evening, and fetched us promptly when we called after dinner, being kind enough to even laugh at... More

Stuart Robertson brings a scholarly `review of every beach, and an hour to hour review of the events of June 6. He and Jenny , his wife, hosted our party and catered to all of our needs off of the battle fields . Stuart is an outstanding guide and historian.
