We got their a half an hour early as required and we had to wait more than an hour to get any kind of update or instructions as to what we were supposed to be doing. It was also pretty crowed with a lot of cruise ship passengers. My initial impression was not great. But once we got out with... More

Loved swimming with the dolphins, but for a family of 5, it was $700, a bit pricey. However, it included the Stingray City trip. So, I thought, "okay this isn't so bad". But then they take your pictures with the dolphins and tried selling me the photo disc for $200 for just the dolphin ones and another $60 for stingray... More

Place is very nice and inviting. The swimming with the dolphins is in a controlled area with trained dolphins. They do a few tricks with each person. Pretty cool. The trainers and staff are super friendly, and the dolphins seemed happy. Only complaint is the wait. We had 130p reservations. They say to be there 30 mins early, which we... More

You can be with dolphins, swim with dolphins, and this is a great experience. We loved it so much. Swim with the giant stingrays was better for us. Real fun, The color of the water is amazing... but. One more time, but. You cant use your cameras. You need to buy the official photos.( An amateur girl with big camera)... More

This would have been a 5 star review for the experience . Great fun - never before opportunity to swim with dolphins. The team with the dolphins did a great job. However - you cannot have any cameras...at all. It was explained as a potential problem for the dolphins, but what it really is - is that they want you... More

We did a Disney Cruise and booked the excursion through them. The excursion was to Dolphin Cove and Stingray City. This was one of the most amazing encounter we have ever experienced. The Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Firstly the Dolphins, you have plenty of opportunity to interact with the dolphins, from belly to belly rides to touching the... More

Our last day on the island we wanted to be memorable... we booked an online reservation a day in advance ($149) for my Daughter, at 11:30. Received an email requesting that we come at 10:30 instead, so we switched our other plans to accommodate the change. Per request they ask you to be 30 min. early. We arrived at 9:45... More

I always wanted to swim with dolphins. Now that we have a son, I thought this would be the perfect time to do it. We were on vacation in Grand Cayman and saw that they have a place to swim with the dolphins so we decided to do it. It was definitely not cheap but I understand that it must... More

We enjoyed the experience communing with the creatures of the deep and the place is well run but the process of buying pictures that the photographers took was inefficient. The pictures for our dolphin swim didn't show up in time for us to look at them before getting on the bus. I recommend this place as a good cruise excursion... More

This was my first time swimming with dolphins and the royal swim was great. The swim was exciting and the crew was personal and it did not feel like any time at all before the time was up.
