We just took a fantastic air boat ride with Randy! He was extremely informative and went out of his way to find us gators, show us native birds and tell us the history of the Indian tribe and the area. We highly recommend this tour...More

As travellers to the US this is a really good opportunity to learn about native Americans, their treatment and survival in the Everglades. The campus is quite small but our tour guide was very helpful and the alligator wrestling is not to be missed! Snack...More

We arrived at 1545 hrs and spent approx15 mins looking at the exhibitors before watching the alligator show. Apart from one very engaging lady who was making baskets from sweet grass, the others were completely disinterested in sharing their skill or explaining anything about their...More

My group took an airboat ride through the wetland area and learned about how the Miccosukee natives once lived. It was a positive and humbling experience. It is good to know that there are still areas governed by Native Americans. Their history must be acknowledged...More

Small Indian village walk thru. Several of the booths had no one there just maybe some items lying there. I was expecting more. Like demonstrations of a real Indian village. Sadly that’s not what was there. The best most interactive booth was the lady cooking...More

I really liked visiting the Miccosukee Indian village to see how people lived in the Everglades, and still do today. A centrepiece of the village are the captive Alligators or Gators with regular shows. There are various other captive animals, and also wild animals that...More
