If you want to get away from the overcrowded beaches at Waikiki then it’s only short drive or 30 min walk were you can a nice spot on the beach no crowds and nice clear water.

Magic Island is ideally located on the water with many splendid views of the water and downtown Honolulu. A great place to take pictures and it was the site for two wedding when we were there visiting.
I visited here last year and did a paddle board yoga class. I loved walking around. So this year I brought my husband, in hopes of seeing the sunset. Of course within 20 minutes before it, clouds came out of nowhere lol.
