Amazing fish to be seen. Friendly staff. Second visit here it is a lot busier now. Beautiful bay park and beach. Affordable entry fee. Took public bus it was a complete nightmare to be honest. A must do!!

Had a great visit snorkeling. Beautiful reefs and beaches clean... but wasn’t expecting the fees to get in, shuttle down, shuttle up. Snorkeling equipment was available for rent but wasn’t the best equipment.. still a great place to visit

If you get the $2 one day pass (+ a valid TheBus Senior Card or U.S. Medicare Card for proof of age), you can have unlimited rides and transfers for 27 hours. I'm not sure where on the island you would be coming from, but with the pass you could really take any path that you wanted to to get on Route 22 for a drop off at Hanauma Bay.
