The Breakers was amazing. It was our favorite mansion. Having the ear phones to listen to details about the mansion was great. The staff was very helpfully in answering any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone that goes to Newport RI.

Yes, you can get single tickets from just walking up at each individual home. Then there are options -- if you ended up wanting to go to another house or two. And yes, tickets include the fabulous audio tours. We went "off season" which is when to go! So, don't know if there are limits and timed entries during busier periods. Call and ask.
