Plaza is awesome! Plenty of shops, restaurants, & friendly street vendors. City though needs to spends some funds on street & sidewalk maintenance. They are horrible. Saw a couple people stumble walking on sidewalks and crossing streets.

We were lucky to visit the plaza on Columbus Day and a native heritage festival was underway. Perfect!

It's just a simple little square. Can't imagine why its considered a tourist stop. I guess if you're in town, go see for yourself.

We went to the square 3 or 4 times to eat and there was never anything going on. I guess we thought maybe there would be something happening in it for as much as we had read suggestions to go there

Best shopping for jewelry from the pueblos vendors daily through the summer. Great restaurants too! French bakery great find to by a sandwich and pastry to enjoy on the plaza.
