In the area of the Seattle Tennis Club there are many beautiful homes on or near the Lake.
Enjoy the shoreline and beach but be aware the water is very cold. On my last visit I wore a wet suit to keep warm.
The walk along the beach takes you away from all the thoughts winch causes anxiety and worries. You get the best view of the west side of Seattle. There is a coffee shop near the parking lot which serves good coffee and food.

Lake Washington is a very large lake and is lined with many, many parks. There is a drive if you want to only view the scenery, but surely you can find one of the parks that suits what you are looking for...........
We had the most lovely afternoon sailing on lake Washington. The breeze was just right to be able to enjoy a day on the sailboat. The lake is surrounded by the beauty of nature and lovely lake front homes.

We stayed near to the lake and enjoyed an afternoon watching stunt planes and The Blue Angels display which was spectacular. We sat outside a bar near to the lake enjoying cocktails, chowder and the free show!
