We spent an afternoon showing our friends this exceptional urban neighborhood. Wouldn't we all love to live here? Lots of important people have done so in glorious row houses and apartment buildings. Very spiffy and close to Manhattan.

This is a great neigbourhood for walks. Go eat at the Time Out market afterwards and walk the Brooklyn or Manhattan bridge afterwards

Friends moved here so I came to dinner and stayed over. Such a charming neighborhood. Great and gracious old buildings- some historic- wonderful place to walk , especially the Promenade, a lovely walk along the river. Worth an Uber over from Manhattan.

I loved wandering the streets of Brooklyn Heights looking at houses and people. It's so much fun to discover different neighborhoods, especially this one as it is so close to the city.

Nice to wander around, pretty streets, impressive houses. There's not a whole lot going on and not a huge amount of atmosphere as it's a very wealthy area so there isn't much in the way of street life. Nice to walk down to the river...More

One of my favorite things to do is stroll along Willow St., Henry or Hicks Street, taking in the architectural detail of the historic brownstones, and admire the way the window boxes and landscaping change to reflect the seasons and holidays. You may even come...More

LCL, imagine 90 degrees angle. You are landing at the corner. Staying close to the water, walking towards the bridge, you would go to Brooklyn Park, Dumbo, and you would see carousel, view of Manhattan, and the photo shut... More
