This is linked to Independence Hall, ie you need a ticket for one which covers the other. Very interesting guided tour by rangers who are very knowledgeable about American history and make it easy to understand. Well worth doing.

We took a tour of the building with a park ranger who gave an excellent tour. It's interesting to see where our first Congress met and hear the buildings history. It's amazing to think that George Washington took his second oath of office here.

This place is included in the Independence Hall visit: the Congress Hall is where George Washington and his colleagues met at the very beginning of the United State history. Good visit, we enjoyed a lot.
