It was mid-afternoon on Saturday. It was a little hard to see that I was right in front of Tiffany’s as there was scaffolding in front of the building. There was a handsome young man in a tuxedo standing outside at the door, who opened...More
I have always wanted to visit Tiffany’s in New York, as a huge fan of the jewellery and the history of this store I wanted to visit it on my honeymoon and treat myself to a piece or two. The weather was awful and I...More
As a window shopper this seemed a friendly and welcoming place. Clean light and loads of sparkly things to look at.
There wad a silver carving demonstration which was great. Also very good bathrooms.
I found it interesting and would happily go back - but...More
I was lucky enough to receive dollars for my 50th birthday earlier in the year as my family knew I was going to America for a special holiday. I have been to Tiffany’s New York twice before and wanted to add more to my collection....More
Went in looking specifically for a necklace I saw online, all staff were friendly and helpful and lift attendants made sure we reached the right floor, lovely lady on the 3rd floor found the necklace I wanted and boxed it up beautifully for me! Really...More

Part of my NYC 50th birthday celebration was to buy a piece from Tiffany's. Walking around looking at "what if" jewellery was wonderful, we then headed upstairs to look at pieces which were affordable and lovely. The staff were attentive, the lady who served me...More
My two teen girls were in awe of the size of this shop. The lift operator added that quintessential charm from yester- year. We browsed a couple of the floor, and bought a beautiful necklace for my daughter. An Iconic Tiffany blue heart of course....More
Our eldest was desperate to go in. I was worried we were not their target market and wouldn’t be let in. EVERYONE is welcome here with items to suit most budgets. Husband was thrilled to see the large Patek Philippe offering (he is an owner!)...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

I am shocked that the London store responded as they did. I would bring the item and receipt to the London store as it is still a Tiffany & Co. product, ask the London store to send it back and they should ask New York to send another one, of course, on their dime. They probably didn't want to do that. If they value their business as high standard/high quality merchandise, then it is their job to own up to that. I understand as Tiffany & Co.'s flagship store is in New York, U.S.A., their is some more sentimental value as to the location as to where she bought it. Tiffany & Co., New York, New York has a special ring to it. Good luck, Julie.
