What Makes It Special
From its inception, Macy's Herald Square was a store unlike any other. Over the past 150 years, it has become a true New York City icon. Built in 1902, Macy's Herald Square was the first building to have the modern-day escalator, and it has...More

This is our first stop every time we’re in New York. Great selection of clothing for all sizes. It has just about everything you can think of. Have always found the staff very helpful and always get more than you came for

Had to shop at Macy’s while on a girls trip to NYC! What a fun time we had! It’s huge! We got lost in the store & exited on a complete different street than we entered. It’s beautiful inside & outside. Employees were friendly &...More

Basically just get on the escalator and keep riding them to the top, as they change from new to old as you near the top floors.. U do get a lovely coffee in Starbucks in the store and it’s perfect to watch the world go by 😊
