It’s not a important bridge ...but is located in a good area where you can eat, shop and walk around. It's regularly dirty, traffic can be horrible, sometimes a little vomit but altogether pretty good.

My grandfather used to drive home every evening from Manhattan back to Whitestone, Queens. He said he knew the right speed to get every green light along Northern Boulevard. That was nearly 50 years ago. I like this bridge for it's lack of a toll...More

This isn't a pretty bridge or an impressively long bridge or even one that anyone wants to sell you. It's a bridge that connects Manhattan to Queens at 60th street. It serves it's function.

This bridge does not have a toll to cross. Traffic does get congested all the way back to Van Dam Street during peak hours. Very convenient for driving to the Upper East & West sides.

Definitely the best midtown option to get in or out of Manhattan. The architectural design is nice, but nothing like the Brooklyn Bridge.

The Queensboro/59th Street/Ed Koch Bridge is a great crossing when visiting the Upper West/East Sides and Midtown. There is a walk way on the side so you cross on foot. Today being a Sunday, crossing the bridge by car was super easy!

Lovely bridge amazing views of the surrounding area looking at the different parts of the city. Industrial residential commercial ferries traveling underneath.

This bridge is very impressive looking when lit up at night, especially if you see it from the Long Island City side with the Manhattan skyline behind. It’s also the Woody Allen Manhattan film bridge.

THE QUEENSBORO STROLL COULDN’T MATCH BROOKLYN BRIDGE’S FAMOUS WALK There’s little about the QUEENSBORO BRIDGE walk can be described above average. Nor much below average either. In a word, it’s average. Whereas my earlier BROOKLYN BRIDGE stroll was much more gruntling – mainly on account...More

On our first visit to new york we took the cable car that runs alongside the bridge. It's great to go to Roosevelt island and see the city from the other side.
