Ok, if your going to see the lovely lady, I would advise getting there an hour before opening or booking a time slot online before travelling. We booked New York City passes and we arrived at 9.15am, we queued for 2 hours going through to book a time slot and security.... boat…
Board a launch and spend a voyage looking at a range of options, the ultimate being a close look of the Statute of Liberty as you pass by. Depends of what you are looking for as shore excursions are also available. Myself , I was quite happy doing what I did. . .
Spent a great day at the Statue and Ellis Island. So much to see, all presented in a format that made it feel real and vital.
First time in NYC and U.S. so liberty statue is a must-to-visit place when you come to NYC. It's $20 ticket per person, so you have to buy it at the kiosk. Don't follow any guy outside who calls you for buying ticket. You might be cheated.
Such a famous location which lived up to expectations. The ferry ride over was fun and seeing the statue was a great experience and photo opportunity.
