Been here many times over the years. This time was the fullest I've seen them. Parking takes time, so be patient. Several kama aina selling souvenirs and/or juices.

Beautiful Falls and birds that fly the gorge are spectacular. Word of warning the road ends at he falls with a cul de sac parking. you need and those around you need good driving skills and a degree of patience and civility. Enjoy.

Interesting drive to Wailua Falls. The falls itself is a bit hard to see because the grass on the other side of the fence is so high....could really use more regular maintenance so visitors can see more of the waterfall and the river below it....More

We drove there this past Sunday. It is a quick and easy drive from the main road. The parking is limited. The falls are glorious! We did see a rainbow! There were several vendors there who we enjoyed. Admission is free. Easy stop to see...More

The is no hiking path down into the canyon to the pool below the Wailua Falls. Parking is limited but just wait a few minutes and someone will leaving a place for you to park. The view of the Falls and the canyon only... More
