We have never been inside but have been to pride several years in a row since they moved pride to around city hall. It's a wonderful area and feels like a safe space where we can be ourselves.

Ok, if I have someone visiting Houston, one of the last places I'm ever going to take them is city hall. The building itself looks like it was designed by a Soviet architectural bureau. But, wait, there's more. Right next door is a park where...More

Go inside and have a look, it is worth it. The security people are very helpful and told us about the free green bus that does the loop around the city.

The renovation of the first floor was completed in December 2015. I have been to several functions in the first floor foyer and it is contemporary and spacious. Out in front of City Hall is a two tier terrace with a wide brick paver esplanade...More
