I was unimpressed. I liked the signs, but that's about all I saw other than the restaurants/bars that the signs are for. I was only there for a minute.

It is literally an alley with a couple nightspots with a bit of a speakeasy/quality dive bar vibe. It may be struggling to hang on with the modernization of Nashville but hopefully the town will help keep this area vibrant as well.

If you want to soak up a nice piece of historical Nashville try Printers Alley. Small but it packs a punch. A little less hustle but still a piece of Nashville. It’s worth dinner at skulls and catch some blues at the bourbon street bar....More

Day time is not the time to go. Obviously if you want to venture down there at night it might be worth it. Wasn't terribly impressed.
