We didn't play in the water and the fountains were not flowing but we enjoyed the shade and watching the families play on the steps and in the wading pool.

This is where the Iron Man races are staged and where the swim portion of the race ends if you're into that. Park is pretty and offers some nice pedestrian walkways downtown. Very pretty lit up at night.

This park is the site of the famous Riverbed Festival that takes place in the summer in Chattanooga. At other times, there are lots of attractions in and around the park for locals and tourists.

sitting on the edge of the Tennessee River sits this park, near downtown and the Tennessee Aquarium. numerous restaurants abound in the area. parking is limited and can get very crowded on the summer weekends.
