We went by it several times and enjoyed seeing it because of its nostalgic vibe. No need to make a special trip, you will pass it since it is right down town. Fun sign!

For the best photo you should be on the Burnside Bridge. You can definitely get a photo down on the waterfront, but you will need a way better camera than mine. This White Stag sign is a great photo for anyone wanting to capture something...More

Iconic road sign that is fun to take pictures of day or night. Not a whole lot to see and do in the area.

It took me a good walk to find the sign but it was well worth the walk. The area is a little run down where you have to walk so be careful.

I don't think many realize the sign is there when walking through that area. It is located high up on the building perfectly perched for people driving across Burnside Bridge and those who are looking for it from the park. I wouldn't consider this an...More

The best way to view the sign is by taking a free tour of the Portland 5 Theater complex, run by volunteers on Wednesday and Saturdays midday. The sign has a fascinating history going back 80 years, and you can see it eye to eye...More

I cannot believe this sign is not yet in TA at the time of writing. Why? This is a symbol of Portland. There are reviews for obscure places like the 'Vacuum Museum' and the "Freakybuttrue Peculiarium." But not this iconic, photogenic sign? I only got...More
