Great day for a walk in the woods, the weather was great. Very easy walk to get to the falls and worth every step.

Of all the Falls we visited, this is the most convenient and easiest to see. It is located up a rather steep hill, but is only 0.1 of a mile from the parking lot, which itself is immediately adjacent to The Historic Columbia Highway. If...More

This is the first major waterfall after Vista House coming from Troutdale. This is a fun waterfall. As its fall the water level was low so you can really get close. There is a loop walk that takes you to the top. The path to...More

We very much enjoyed Latourell. It has a single very high drop that you can get quite close to. it's an easy walk into it with a fraction of the crowds of Multnomah (and plenty of parking!).

Easy to see this falls. Picnicing tables available. Can extend your visit with a small hike. Couple your visit to this falls with visiting bridal veil and Sheppard dell falls.

There are two falls. The Lower Falls is near the road. The Upper Falls is accessed by two trails on either side of the stream. Facing the falls, the trail on the left starts off from the main parking area and ascends a little steeply....More

This was our first waterfall of the six we saw while driving the Historic 30 highway. It’s an easy short hike from the parking lot and the waterfall is gorgeous. Definitely recommend this stop if driving down Highway 30.

Park at the base of the falls near Guy W. Talbot park.  From there the hike is about 0.3mi. The falls are hidden from this location till you are right on them so it's a nice way to "stumble" upon them. You will be pleasantly suprised...More

What a way to start a beautiful loop trail - with an awe inspiring view of a high water fall. The trail is surrounded by luscious green trees and such beautiful views. Approx half way along, you get up close and personal to the water...More
