Rumbo sur. there are several tour companies in town. Use google maps and search for your operators. Rumbo sur offer the boat cruise and walking on the actual glacier with hotel pick up

You can take a city bus from El Calafate straight there. Cheapest way. No guide. Check schedule. We drive ourselves there in our rented car. It was a great day!
