We had an amazing, fun, and relaxing family time at the beach and boardwalk! The hotel was close within the boardwalk (Solares) and it was a breeze in terms of convenience, especially if you have kids!

Yes, you can purchase your all day pass the day of at any of the ticket booths. They also have a “boardwalk credit card” that you can load and then swipe for each ride you want to go on. When I visit, I usually load $30 on the Boardwalk Card (they have them at the ticket booths) and then when it runs out and if I want to ride a ride that “costs more” than what I have left on my card, I just go to any ticket booth and load the amount that I need.
