Very old stadium, host of the 78 World Cup. The area and the building is very insecure, dirty and there are not public toilets. Not recomended to go for a match because of the hooligans

Even though the stadium is dated (like most stadiums in South America) it is worth the experience. The museum is phenomenal, presenting all of the trophies gained through decades. The tour is short but to the point. You'll visit most interesting points during the walk...More

Seeing a match at River Plate Stadium was quite a spectacle. We got good seats through a travel agent and went with a small group of people. I was glad we went with the group because the locals mean business when it comes to their...More

To get tickets online you need to register in the club's website because the tickets are personalized and you need to show ID at the entrance, prices are fare and the atmosphere is just great!! Don't fall in travel agencies, it will be super expensive.

Having been to Stadiums all around the world,I visited this stadium and took the guided tour, very dated, and would not be allowed to be used in Europe, though I can understand that the atmosphere on match day would be very exciting.

As one of the main commercial hubs of Buenos Aires,
Belgrano has something for everyone. The myriad of
shop windows in Cabildo Ave. will draw you in, but it
is Chinatown — an area of no more than two square
blocks — which will keep you hooked. Crowned by an
ornate arch marking its entrance and filled with small
stores packed to the brim, it is a place where colour
and scent emanate from every corner, particularly

The present tournament ends in April, so we won't know the fixture/schedule for the coming soccer games until this tourrnament has finished. Probably end of April.

Not sure about the ticket. Most tour companies in Buenos Aires will be able to organise a stadium tour.
