The Stunning National Congress building is one not to be missed. If you can, walk from the bottom of the Plaza towards the building and then walk around it to get the best appreciation of it's size and imposing appearance. There are tours available (free)...More

We didn't go in so can't really comment other than it is a magnificent building in the centre of BA and it's worth a look - also we picked up a good free walking tour from here.

This domed building just invites the amateur photographer to hazard his or her luck and represents a beautiful monument to Argentina's Golden Age cum Belle epoque of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

This building has definitely seen better days, as has Argentina. Sad. It's dirty and shabby and old. I think Argentinians would feel better about their country if this tired old building were cleaned up.
