Hello, We would love to host you and your group for a great back country adventure in the heart of Alaska. The pavilion where we serve the meal is actually a pretty big place and it would be easy for you to hang outside with the teamster and the horses and eat a meal that you bring yourself. However Most of the food that we serve there is gluten free. We have Cole slaw, potato salad, house made chili, ribs, chicken, salmon, fresh corn on the cob. We make all our own salads and marinades and do not use soy sauce or other products with gluten. We are also happy to provide you with a fresh fruit plate for dessert instead of our fruit cobbler. We have lots of dietary requests and are happy to accommodate them. Kind regards, Marilyn
