Excellent thing to do on your DC trip. Very touching. This is a must do on your list. The changing of the guards and the wreath ceremony is amazing. Go here!

Emotional tribute to those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. Be sure you visit and pay respects long enough to observe the changing of the Guard.

We arrived here to find that it was the changing of the guard and another ceremony was going on as well. It was such a cool moment and it just left us speechless. A very humbling experience!

So moving. Changing of the guard. Could have heard a pin drop. Road train drops off at this point. Allow 30 minutes at least for this stop.

Free parking is nonexistent on the East Coast in general. If you are on a timetable, bite the bullet and park at Arlington.
