Took a tour from hotel...12 people on tour...motorboat to special floating tribe island. Heard how they keep island floating by adding more grass every 15 days...lots of work ...got to ask questions , buy gifts for Christmas of island workers to help keep their home...More

When in Puno, easy to visit. A 2 days excursion on the lake should include a night stay on Amantani Island and visits to Uros floating islands and to Taquile Island.

Highest navigable island in the World. Beautiful blue colors a lot of natural and floating islands, lake Titikaka is definitely has a very high energy.
