So many biblical accounts happened in and around this stie. Just standing and looking over this valley where so many battles were fought and thousands of deaths, including at least two kings of Israel, occured is sobering. But then you look across the valley and see Nazareth!

Loved being at Megiddo! The history of the city is amazing. Loved the fact that Solomon had rebuilt the city and built the 6 chambered gates here that he had built at most of the cities he occupied. It is a little ominous that the last battle of time will be fought in the valley
