Still closed, protestors are blocking the only access road. It is also winter season, I think they are closed during winter, check their website for daily updates.

As of July 14 it is not safe to visit. The area is closed due to protesters. Stear clear.

Hi Pankti, Saddle road is easily accessible, and I assume there is parking at the pickup spot. Please make sure you are physically prepared for altitude, and enjoy your tour!
