Clean, clear, warn, and wonderful water in the small keys around. Great cheap restaurants. Great prices when you u compare with other areas.

It's a little getaway at the Parguera. You take a boat ride to Mata la gata. You can take food and drinks and spend the day with friends and family swimming and relaxing. Beautiful place. I highly recommend it.

Had a great dinner here, listened to fantastic live band, took a ride on a boat to Bio-luminescent Bay, great stores for souvenirs also.

It has many restaurant with local food and most of them offer seafood. During the day you can take a $10 boat ride to one of the of the little islands. During the weekends the night live is great and on Sundays they have live...More

Eat & Shop b4 boat trip because most all Food vendors close 8pm. Also the shops start opening at 6pm but all Kiosks Storefronts are not OPEN until AFTER the 1st BOAT leaves and close up 8pm. So if you get off the boat hungry...More

La Parguera: The town is so nice and great food. But if you want to take a nice boat ride make sure it's legit. We ended up taking a ride with what they call a "Pirata" pirate. Beware no insurance no license to ride on...More

La Parguera was a big disappointment after not having been there in maybe 20-25 years. Parking is horrible. Poor infrastructure (no sidewalks, terrible roads, poor lighting etc.) Dirty Hurts the eyes walking around due to excessive signage and just plain ugliness UGH Not a decent...More

aleliecotours is one of the tour companies out there. The TripAdvisor list probably includes more along with some reviews.

On the weekend, yes, you could spend the day. Not sure about during the week. I did not take a taxi boat. We went for a snorkeling and bio-bay tour. It was great.
