It is worth stopping here to enjoy the history of the area and take a photo. The current flatiron building was built in the 1890s to replace the old 1830s Coffin Block Building. The New York version was built over 10 years later. You can...More

The building is on a much more human scale compared with soaring New York version. It's lovely red colour also lends it warmth.

Visited here with my wife while on tour to the east coast of Canada and loved the look at this iconic building and we also visited the cafeteria where we had coffee

The Gooderham Building is easy to spot and is a unique landmark in Toronto.It resembles the Flatiron Building in New York but on a smaller scale.

Really nice part of town, initially expected similar to the Flatiron in NYC but noting like it, smaller building, well kept and overlooking a lovely little doggie park

Especially small Park with funny fountain recommendable to sit down with a cup of coffee and pause for a while. Fountain is a hommage for the dog-loving canadians.
