This place is awesome. The view from the island is astonishing and the islands itself is tranquil and relaxing. We took the ferry early in the morning. A must go place in Toronto.

Took the ferry over to see the islands. Beautiful flowers and gardens. We walked several miles overall, but would be nice for those in wheelchairs also.

Toronto Island is a short ferry ride from downtown Toronto. This beautiful park has something for everyone - peaceful parkland, restaurants, an amusement park and a small community. Take the Island to Wards Island instead of Centre Island to see the real island.

I only took the boat cruise, which is included in the hop-on-hop-off package, but what I saw of the island was beautiful! I’m sure you can spend some really relaxing time in the green and you have a fantastic view of the Toronto skyline!
