You might as well rent a car and go by yourselves. It is quite easy to get there on your own and you avoid having to stick to the rigid tour's timetable and therefore, profitting from more free time to walk along Niagara on the...More

Good morning, when we have to cancel a tour due to weather, , we always offer full refund. What we do in our system, is we click a cancellation button, which will send a report to the supplier whom you process the payment with. At that point they will confirm the cancellation, and refund whatever payment method was used to originally book the tour. This could take up to seven business days to reflect. I do apologize, if you haven't gotten your tour money refunded yet.
We can send an email to TripAdvisor and ask the status of your refund. Although, if you have a moment, I would kindly ask that you contact them as well, as you have more information about the method of payment that was used to purchased the tour.
When you speak to an agent, please feel free to reference this message, as I can assure you, we had canceled it on our end. If they need a contact here in the office, my name is Elizabeth.
