If you are looking for local souvenirs, I will recommend you to visit, you can find all kinds of typical "Talaveras" and also many other items at very reasonable price. Very nice atmosphere.

This is a good place for souvenirs, a good selection of Mexican handmade items at a good price but always haggle. The people were friendly , the place was clean. Well worth a visit but not to early as they’re not open till 11 ish.

If you want arts and crafts this is the place to visit, right in downtown Puebla. Everything is concentrated in two streets so it is very convenient and fun

If you are shopping for talavera items, souvenirs, or handicrafts or other tourist gee-gaw, please get yourself to this large market with many vendors.

This place is your go too if you want to find "artesanias", you can find from traditional clothes from various part of the country to the local type like "talavera". Nice place and some of the vendors receive credit cards :)

Spent lots of time walking around this well kept market street and purchased some beautiful Talavera ceramic. Lots of fun stuff for sale at affordable prices. Also great for photography.

You can get many ceramic pottery in this place with affordable pricing. It’s nice to stroll around to see the local products and have some small snacks from the street vendors. We went there on Sunday afternoon but the market was quite empty and quiet...More

There is a lot to see, eat, hear, and buy so plan to spend at least a few hours strolling through the mercado.
