First cenote every visited. My friend and I biked from Mezzanine boutique hotel (approx. 8 miles) to visit Zacil-Ha. We arrived between 9-9:30 and were the first ones there. We had the cenote to ourselves for about an hour before a tourist bus showed up...More

We stopped at Zacil-Ha as part of a structured daytrip excursion. It was very refreshing indeed. It’s not a huge cenote, but it is well managed. There is ample parking, the grounds are well maintained, and it feels safe. There are a couple of lifeguards...More

So they let one person from your group come check it out before you pay, which I expect is because the cenote itself is rather small. There are several areas to jump in, which is really the main attraction, though that's only a novelty for...More

I mistakenly turned too early and ended up here instead of the neighboring Car Wash cenote. We enjoyed a brief visit jumping off the platform into the cenote below. It was by far the smallest of the cenotes we visited, but was good for a...More

This is a nice small cenote. They've built a lot in all the premises to make it more touristic, which some make like and some definitely wont. The body of water where you can swim is very nice but small. We could see with our...More

it's beautiful but they built a lot of things around like bar, wood flor, they out sun beds which make it less natural and it's a bit crowded with tourists...

To be honest the only reason we went to this cenote is because it closes later than the others (pool closes at 5. Cenote at 5.30). The place was quite dirty as families can bring their food and well let's say they leave quite the...More

Cenote is fairly small with clean, cold water. Water level is only about 10 feet below ground level so a lot less steps than some cenotes. There was a cantina/bar and some pools on property also but we didn't partake.

Nice cenote, very very small. Also has a small pool, a bar and a gift shop. there is a tiny zip line over the cenote which is extra money, and we didn't do it as there were too many people there to make it feel...More

I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad thing, but this place was filled with families. A few too many kids and wee in the pool for me. We left pretty quickly.
