If you need Saks, this is the area to be in, but you might as well stay in your home city. There is very little culturally interesting here, just another North American upscale neighborhood. Everything is available, but more expensive. Didn't care for this area...More

We stayed at the W and at the Hyatt in Polanco and walked to the restaurants and coffee shops nearbby every day. The area is a bit of an Uber to the Central Area but you can walk to plenty of cool museums, cute cafes...More

Yes, yes. About 40 minutes from the airport and very safe. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops and a bunch of banks. Also not too far from Lincoln Park with an aviary and walkable to the big Bosque park.

Polanca is very nice Mexico City neighborhood - very similar to upper east side of NYC - nice restaurants and small boutiques. Has hotel area with large hotels like Marriott, etc. Close to park and museums. Felt very... More

Walk around two days before and you will find plenty. Casa Portuguesa, La Hacienda de los Morales, Quintonil, Chapulin at Hotel Intercontinental, El Bajio to name a few.
