Really disappointed with our stay at the kieppi chalet. We only booked the cabin due to wanting the hot tub only to be told a week before we were coming that it was no longer available! When we arrived we were greeted with the noise of what i can only describe as a turkey stuck in a pipe. It was the air circulation vent that even when turned off the fan still made this horrid noise that you could hear from the front bedroom and lounge.obviously has a faulty fan but was told to just turn the dial down. As i say when turning it off didn't work. The loft room is fit for drawfs. We arent a tall family but my children hit their heads numerous times on the extremly low ceiling .The cabin was fairly clean but had cupboards that popped open on their own and doors that didn't close and we couldn't get the sauna to work either.could do with some maintenance to the place especially considering the prices being charged to stay here. We had a cabin in levi which was a 3rd of the price but levels above this place. Is in a beautiful location though.

Fishing in rivers and lakes near Alta, sea fishing in Oksfjord, Norway. Our guide Normund was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Everything was fantastic!

Our guide, Normund, was very well-informed, and shared with us a lot of local flora and fauna knowledge, along with a lot of little interesting tidbits. As part of a hunting club, we also learnt a lot about the dos and don’ts in that department from him. We had a lovely time exploring the 7-9km trail, where we very quickly found out how much fitter he was than us. Bring a light jacket during autumn as you definitely start to warm up quick with the up and downhills. The trip ended nicely with some sausages over the fire. The scenery was beautiful, and I’m sure it would be even more stunning in the winter.

The guide was very on time and took us to the zoo, enjoy around though we did not see the polar bear , while there are various of owls as well. Recommended to go on a nice zoo trip in September!

Really nice experience by Normunds. We was picked up from our hotel, then explained about the day and drive in very comfortable van to the zoo. On the way we saw reindeer’s in wildlife. Was so amazing. Then we arrived at the zoo, was guided where is everything and then we could explore the zoo without the rush. Our toddler really loved it as he could see so many animals close to the fence. Was great family day. After the walk in zoo we went to eat in buffet and it was very nice and warm lunch. Then we had free time to go and play in kids play park. It was really great, everything was clear and guided and the drive didn’t feel long. Normand is professional and very kind person! Thank you!

We had a great fishing time in Norway. First rivers and lakes near Alta, then sea fishing in Oksfjord. If you happen to be somewhere above arctic circle, highly recomend Normund as a fishing guide for a private tour.

Normund is a very friendly person who from the getgo was always super quick to respond! We rented 2 cottages on the hill near Rovaniemi who were both comfortable. We loved our stay and did not only make the northern light tour but also enjoy dog sledges as well as reindeer farm and snow scooters. As said, all very well executed and we spend an amazing time! Thanks Normund, hope to see you again someday.

On the way from Rovaniemi to Kittila airport, we took transfer from Nortsa_v and we have time also to visit Levi before the flight. Thanks to Normund for this opportunity.

Everything was fantastic!!! The reindeer safari and the huskie safari and farms !!! The kids are satisfied and also the parents!! I highly recommend this company !! They are fully professional and we will meet for sure again !!!

Our group of 6 (2 kids and a senior) joined a tour for visits to the reindeer farm (around 3 hours including return transfer). The reindeer ride was great - two in a sleigh with a blanket, would have been better to wear a face mask as it did get a bit chilly towards the end of the one-hour ride. It was a fine day of -3C and snowing a lot the day before, so the scenery was magical. Learning about reindeer farming at the end was also interesting, along with the hot berry juice and cookies at the end. Had a lovely time.

We had a great experience!! Everything was perfect , well organised with maximum security!! Our kids enjoyed it and so did we!! The experience with huskies and reindeer was unique !! I wholeheartedly recommend this company for an experience of a lifetime!! Of course we will meet again!!!
