The best impressions from accommodation TILHI Rovaniemi. The house was clean, tidy, warm, quiet, very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare any food. Nice interior of the house in the style of a real forest fairy tale, a comfortable shower room, where there was even a hair dryer and sauna caps. In the morning, we saw some reindeer resting near our cabin. It is very convenient to go for a walk, a long run or a skiing adventure from TILHI. The owner of the cottage is a real find - knowledgeable, responsive, offers private, interesting and perfectly planned excursions and fun stories!

We stayed in the NortsvaV cottage Tilhi with friends. We are very satisfied and happy with this experience - staying in the forest, among reindeer, mushrooms and berries, walking paths, all while being not too far from the city. You can drive right up to the door of the cottage, the surrounding area is quiet, a great rest in nature is guaranteed here. The interior of the cottage was really comfortable, everything was arranged for various wishes - adjustable underfloor heating, sauna with everything you need, fireplace with prepared firewood and even an x-box. The responsive owner of the cabin, Normunds, will show you around the city, he knows all about the best fishing spots, he will take you on various excursions and even arrange a picnic. I definitely recommend to use NortsaV services in Rovaniemi!

While traveling to meet Santa Claus in Rovaniemi, we got very lucky with the chosen accommodation. We stayed in a chalet TILHI, which is located in a great place surrounded by nature, within a walking distance of the lookout tower and a 2 minutes' drive away from the supermarket. The chalet surprised us with its comfort, cleanliness, convenient location and overall suitability for a dream vacation! There was everything a tired traveler and nature lover could wish for - real sauna, comfortable beds, a fireplace, cosy living room and well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and nice. We were pleasantly surprised by the kind host of the cottage, Normunds, who was very responsive, welcoming, knowledgeable and interested in the well-being of every guest. We definitely recommend this lovely place for leisurely time with friends or family. If you want to see some more of Lapland and go on a tour, ask Normunds - he will give recommendations, help you get around and show everything!

Well organized and executed fishing trip to North Norway. First we were fishing in lakes and rivers, then moved to seafishing. Great catches, beautiful nature and weather conditions. We came with our family for 4 days and 3 nights in a very nice chalet. The Kieppi chalet is very warm with a local and pleasant atmosphere. The sauna and the fireplace allowed us to live like real Finns, a luxury more than appreciable even in April when the temperature remains cold. It is also perfectly located: in the quiet countryside, close to hiking and ski trails but also to the city center and other shops. We highly recommend it if you are looking for special and traditional stay. A huge thank you also to the very friendly, caring and responsive staff. Having forgotten some things, Nortmund did not hesitate to send them to us by posti. A big thanks to him.

After skiing in Levi, we -two couples, decided to relax for a week in Rovaniemi and use the NortsaV Tours offers. NortsaV Tours offers a lot of excursions and very nice chalets. We stayed in Tilhi chalet with sauna, kitchen, fireplace, beautiful view and free parking. Fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, microwave oven, stove and all the necessary, as well as dishes and glasses. Beds, pillows and blankets are comfortable, bed linen and towels was very clean. The house is close to the city, and a shop is 2 minutes' drive away. Nearby beautiful nature trails, observation tower and ski slopes. Normunds is very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional guide. The tours are perfectly organized. We used the private Korouoma canyon tour, the private Ranua zoo tour and private aurora borealis picnic tour. Highly recommend! Also we had an opportunity to watch a hockey game in the Lappi Arena, what was five minutes' walk away from our chalet.

Nortsav - Kieppi Chalet - not a great host. Didn’t not allow us to use jacuzzi although said it would be ok when I booked- it worked fine. Did not refund for accommodation not used when changed a number of weeks before arrival. When asked about the refund. Was told it was a 100 cancellation policy, even though it was his suggestion to go to Ice hotel for one night. Charged me for 3 nights when only stayed for 2. Towels were like hand towels. if you don’t clean up the chalet then there is a threat of a fine. Told us we must take the rubbish to bin when we leave, didn’t find the bin. Kettle was dirty Bed sheets were dirty in some of the beds Don’t trust this host as if he had told me at the beginning that he would not allow us to use the jacuzzi I would not have booked. There is the 5 star Sky Hotel up the road and works out cheaper then staying at Kieppi Chalet. Not very impressed and disappointed in the standard of service, cleanliness and honesty. 1 out of 10

Great holiday in Lapland through Nortsav tours. Family of 5 went from 26th December to 2nd January stayed in Tilhi cabin, very clean and cosy and in excellent location for skiing, watching ice hockey at Lappi arena and going to bowling, spa, massage at Santa sport. Also close to town centre. Went for New years meal at royal reindeer restaurant which you can walk to from cabin, excellent food and drink. Normund very accommodating with booking of cabin, transfers and very much appreciated when it was no problem to stay in cabin until 6pm when we had a late flight home. Hopefully we will be returning to Lapland and will use Nortsav again for accommodation, transfers and excursions.

Transfer was all fine and everything ran on time. Communication was good, however the package said a guide is provided. We assumed the guide would talk us through the animals at the zoo. The guide left us to explore the zoo on our own, which we didn’t mind but this should’ve been explained in the package we bought and the price should’ve reflected that accordingly.

Very nice and beautiful place. Very comfortable and fun experience to go with rain deer ride and see the huskeys. Thank you NortsaV Tours for great service!
