        Unprofessional
The snowmobiling time was fine. The tour leader seemed to not know how to explain the way the snowmobile operated. She said it wasn't her usual job. Still, we all understood how to drive them successfully. The time spent trying to get a fire going and cook sausages was tiresome. She told us a few myths about the Northern Lights but wasn't an engaging storyteller. Most of the conversation in the Kota was between the leader and the only group who spoke Finnish, I guess. After the tour was over, we had little instruction about what to do with gear, or how to get back to our hotels. She had to call the driver who very impatiently drove us back. We enjoyed the snowmobile driving, but the rest could have been much more professionally done. I would find a better tour company.

        Great experience seeing the lights.
This was a great tour! Jonathan was our guide and did everything from pick us up, to help us with gear, and then lead our group! We opted to pay extra for single riders since we all wanted our own snowmobile, and the tour was so much fun. We had a smaller group and rode all the way to the airport via to the snowmobile streets. Jonathan is a very personable and knowledgeable tour guide, and is also quite the photographer! Thank you, Jonathan!

        Great experience
Loved it! Loved the reindeer, the drivers, the ride, the people who owned and ran the place. Learned lots about their background and the animals. I live that the reindeer live at the farm for 6 months and run free the rest of the year.

        Go with smaller business
We went for the 7 km huskey sledding self driving experience. Disappointing experience! Extremely expensive for what it was.. First we received an SMS one day prior to our trip saying that we didn't select a pick up spot (which we did more than a month before) and that we should arrive at their HQ at 11 am (we initially booked for 11:30 am) Everything felt rushed. Very few explanations concerning actual sledding or the huskys. The trip was extremly slow, you had to brake constantly because there were too many sledges at the same time so for safety reasons everybody went very slowly. The ending where you got to pet the husky was rushed as well, 5 minutes max and then back on the shuttle. Bottom line : choose a smaller business that either deals with a lesser volume of tourists or has the capacity to deliever a compelling experience for that price!! At least i hope the animals are treated nicely.

Amazing family day out, what an experience!
What a fabulous day! We were very fortunate to have a small group of just our family of four (children 12 and 8 years old) and another couple. Reindeer sleigh ride was first, followed by the husky sleigh ride, we got to meet and play with the huskies, they are gorgeous and so friendly. There was quite a long wait after the husky lap, and it was freezing cold that day! Thankfully they had a fire pit to take the edge off. We were obviously waiting for lunch to be ready, so it would have been great if we’d had the chance to do another lap, I mean the dogs were wanting to run so badly, may as well run them!! If not, possibly starting the tour a half hour later so there wasn’t this waiting around time would be better. Lunch was lovely, then we went onto the snowmobiling, which was fantastic. Make sure you dress with plenty of layers under the suit they give you, as the light fades it becomes very cold very quickly! The kids rode in a sled behind the toir guide, then got to have a ride on their own snowmobiles on a track for kids afterwards, which was quick but they enjoyed it. What a fabulous way to experience so many things on our bucket list. We will never forget this day!

Disappointing, safety needs reviewing. We were left behind!
Mixed feelings, there were some brief instructions at the start and no opportunities to practice before you set off down quite a steep, narrow track but that was ok and we managed. The tour guides on the first part of the trip were nice and accommodated my son who did not enjoy the trip as much as we thought, due to feeling unsafe on the machine (he's usually a speed demon, but said it was too bumpy as a passenger). That part was good. The problems started when we went back to the cabin for some juice and snacks. We were asked if we wanted to go back out for the remainder of our trip (an hour left to go). My daughter and I decided that we did. We went out onto the snowmobiles and picked one at the back. The two tour guides set off from the front and despite me signaling repeatedly and shouting that my snowmobile had not started, they set off anyway! I did get the machine started after a minute or two and so went off. I expected the group to be waiting at the bottom of the track but they were nowhere to be seen. We decided to set out again over the lake in case they were there (we thought we could see some lights up ahead), but they were not. The situation is now that myself and my 13 year old daughter are out entirely on our own in -26c temperatures at night, with no one having any idea that we were there. It astounds me that neither of the two tour guides had counted how many were in their group before they set off or aware that a member of their party was not with them. This appears to be a serious breach of safety. Anyway, after a few minutes we realised we could not see the group ahead of us and so returned to the base, parking the snowmobile myself (fortunately I remembered the way in the dark). When we went inside, the staff did seem a little surprised we were there and there was an apology of sorts. We were then offered the chance to go out with another group, which we did. I noticed this tour guide counted the group before we left and made sure everyone was ready. This was much better in this respect but still, unfortunately the experience was marred for us by now and we were both pretty shocked. We did see some beautiful aurora on this occasion, which was bonus. However, we were out for maybe 15 minutes maximum this time, so my daughter was a bit disappointed and felt rather short-changed as she loved it and was looking forward to going out again for her full hour. The trip was also a Christmas present from her grandparents which she was really looking forward to, so it's a shame that it ended up this way. Please do review your safety systems, as it should NEVER have been possible for someone to left behind in my opinion and, especially given the price of this trip, has left us feeling disappointed I'm sorry to say.

One of the worst tours I have ever ever participated
One of the worst organized tours I ever participated The strange experience started a day before the tour, when I got a message in the afternoon stating that I didn't confirm my pickup location, I would have to come to their premises myself, it would be too late to change that now. Ah, and they don't have parking.  But no worries, opposite of the road there's public parking for a fee. I replied that my ticket confirmed the pickup location that I selected during booking. No reaction, no apology, nothing. At this point I should have cancelled. Knowing that the chances of seeing the northern lights would be close to zero that night, I still decided to go, as it might be fun to go on a snowmobile tour anyway.  We arrived at the given location on time, to find the most pathetic logistics I ever witnessed. Checked in, being directed to a queue with literally 50-60 other people for clothing, a guy started shouting and giving different instructions. First we should sign this and that, and only then queue for clothing.  Okay. After getting our clothes, we has to go outside, where the tour guides started an effort to divide the group of 50-60 people into three smaller groups. We have been pushed around and given conflicting instructions for literally 45 minutes, before they seemed to have organised themselves. It was frustrating to witness and be part of this exercise.  Afterwards we got an instruction by the tour guide. She seemed annoyed before anything even started and rather bossy than friendly.  After the instruction, she distributed us to our snowmobiles, to realise "oh, I forgot to tell you, don't stand up, this is where all the accidents happen".  Okay.  5 minutes later: "I forgot to tell you about the hand signals".  So she explained something about handsignals, before we were finally ready to leave.  The tour as such consisted of 45' driving with 15- 20kmh on a snowmobile track, stopping every 5-10' to regather the group.    Also, stopping twice to "check for northern lights", and stopping once to be given a "third of a cup" of hot juice.  I wanted to say on the positive note, that safety was perfect. Until 2km before the end of the tour, an irresponsible tour guide of one of the other sub groups passed us with 40kmh, carrying kids-sledges, while we were standing, with literally 20cm distance. He almost ran over our tour guide.  They advertise it as "small group, maximum 20 people".  In our subgroup, there were 12 snowmobiles.  Pathetic. I would give zero stars if I could.

Disgusting waste of space and absolutely ruined christmas day for my wife and daughter and shocking customer service
Took my wife and 20 month old daughter on the santas village tour, will start with a plus of the tour which was the driver who couldn't apologise enough about how bad our tour was and even discussed trying to sort out a partial refund or refund (of course the tour chose no) started at 8:15 in the morning when we was picked up and drove nearly 3 and a half hours to santas village to which we pulled up to get tickets, we then parked up to then follow the driver to the santas post office as the tour told us too, we then got there where the driver went to the front to chat about our times to see santa, we then was told to go to the back of the queue which we did, got to the front to be told infact we can only see santa at 4:30 which we couldn't because the tour ended at 3, we then had to go to the other santa where we queued for about 4 hours to get pretty close to the front but we also had to leave that because we again had to be ready to leave for 3 o'clock, we had lunch which was booked for 2 but didn't know where the lunch was booked for and we also couldn't go for because again we spent the whole time queuing so be very very wary of booking here especially as we paid 619 for the 3 of us to spend the entire christmas day in a queue, absolutely diabolical tour and the response for a refund was that " you should of went to the santas visit when you got there so can't get a refund, despite the fact it's exactly what we did, it's an absolute farce and be very wary about booking with them, thanks for ruining a magical christmas moment 👏👏

Terrible!!! Don’t waste your money! You will be left cold and thirsty and unhappy/ unsatisfied
There was snowfall and fully cloudy and they still went for the tour without option to cancel. They didn’t travel far enough and instead just drove around to 2 places. The guide Daniella and Tonis were not in agreement. They also dropped the hot juice in the minivan that was for the guests. They even said to each other that it’s good that it’s cloudy, as we will get to wrap this up quickly. A very poor experience and a waste of money. They were sweet to talk but for the job they are doing and the tour, they were terrible. Purely money making and no thought of satisfaction for the customers. We have done 2 more northern lights tours in Tromso and Rovaniemi and they were amazing!!! I will never book these guys again. No one from the tour with us was happy. A suggestion to arctic snowmobile park, Levi - please consider customer satisfaction and give option to cancel tour before departing if you don’t want to go far enough for the lights or it’s very cloudy. The only option to cancel was 24 hours prior which one cannot decide. The tour was over in 2 hours.

Very basic and short. Good for young kids. No petting the reindeer.
Very basic. Good for family with young kids due to extreme winter. The northern lights minivan with them in evening was terrible. But this tour was decent with a trip to their facility that has a sled ride with husky dogs and one with reindeers. The rides are very short. You don’t get to pay the reindeers. Some tried and were told not to touch them at all. The staff wasn’t very friendly and some even shouted at people very rudely asking them to sit down which could’ve been politely asked or told before they tried to sit on the sleds. The soup was nice. I wouldn’t do this tour or select this company again. There are better options specially for the northern lights where the guide and driver were not interested in finding light or even thinking about cancelling as the cloud cover was very thick.

        Hiking Tour to Beautiful Särkitunturi
My wife and I went on the hiking tour in the beginnning of September 2024 to the beautiful Särkitunturi with the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park in Levi Team. We were picked up by our guide for the hike on time at the agreed meeting point near where we were staying locally. We were then driven to our hiking start-point of the trails to Särkitunturi. Our guide was very professional, was quite informative, and was a pleasure to be around. We had great weather for the hike up to the summit. When we arrived at the summit we relaxed, and all enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. There was plenty of time for us to take some photos and enjoy the beautiful views. On the way down we stopped at a halfway point and enjoyed some nice Finnish sausages cooked on the campfire. It was a really nice and memorable day. On our next trip to the region, we will do it again.

        Amazing adventure
We had the best time with Tony! Even though it wasn’t a great day for fishing he made the trip so enjoyable. And maybe our sausages flew out of the trailer and got slimed with mustard but we all laughed and had a good time. And so what if we got stuck in the slush a little bit, that made the trip more memorable. Thank you for the adventure Tony we hope to see you on our next trip! P.s. we all thank you for the advice you gave us! It worked! 🤗

        Poor safety for children
I’ve tried writing directly being seeing as i’m being ignored and I think child safety is important here are my thoughts : I wanted to write to you about your tour on the 13th February - winter highlights family day. I would like to complain about the safety approach to children on this tour which is labelled “Family Day”. First we had to insist on having a helmet that was safe for children- for a helmet to be safe it need to come 1/2 way down a child’s forehead and you tried 3 times to give her one that was too small in the event of an accident this can cause serious injury You told us the kids in the sleigh would have their parents in the snowmobiles behind this did not happen! the kids had no blankets and were cold this would have been simple to fix. you did not allow us to stop and change drivers so i paid €20 insurance and i was unable to drive you did not wait for a very slow lady and she then went the wrong way and delayed our arrival back at the office when this happened no one took care of what our Nine year old was doing. Thank god she is sensible and went in the hut and sat crying because she couldn’t find her parents. This is very poor, if you are taking care of this kids this would never happen!! what if she had wandered off alone because you did not manage the group this is so dangerous I am very unhappy. Your safety briefing said nothing of stopping at stop signs / crossing skiers or traffic / most of the group were french and did not understand! The group was so large there was a lot of waiting in the cold and the children were all freezing. I understand Sami was trying his best but this is not the standard we expect for nearly €500 family day. this ran from 11-3 pm and there was only a slice of bread for the children to eat and no notice saying bring lunch for the kids I am very cross about this activity and have cancelled my other activities with you.

The guide was really lovely and did a great job. The suits were great and the warm juice half way was delicious.
      The tour itself…
We booked a 3pm trip which was the wrong choice on my part, because you could only see your surroundings for about 20 minutes, then it was dark. Everywhere looked the same from the small amount that you could see with the lights, making it extremely boring. 3hrs of the same view - the person on the Snowmobile infront and a little either side of you.
It was the longest 3 hrs of our lives.
The tracks were constantly extremely bumpy as they were across frozen snow. This made it quite miserable for the person on the back. It was very cold, with the wind -20 and we literally had ice on our eye lashes and eyebrows.
We could swap half way which made it bearable for the person on the back. But 3hrs was most definitely too long. Again, the mistake in booking that long was on our part. Unfortunately our tour in Rovaneimi was cancelled due to the lack of snow which is why we had to book 1hr30 away and this was the only slot left in Levi.

So definitely book a daylight slot and the shorter one. Sometimes less is certainly more.

Our guide was very good, but had to bring us back early because other riders were cold. The sleds won’t go over 40 kph, so it is very boring. This is like an “introduction to snowmobiling tour” and if you like snowmobiling you will not enjoy this at all. The guide offered to take us back out for another 30 mins, but it wasn’t worth it to us.

We did two snow mobiles. 60k and 36k. Both were brilliant. But the 36k around Levi fell was my favourite.
