I’m the type of person who’s very cautious about booking a tour because I’m afraid of getting ripped off, but my wife bought this one it was well worth it! They are associated with Waikiki Trolley and we already trusted them because we had been using the hop-on hop-off, seven day pass for a while, which was also great. Our tour guide “Juicy” whose real name is Chauncey, tells a story about his nick-name, which was given to him by a veteran on one of his tours IIRC. He told so many stories about Pearl Harbor that I am still thinking about them and looking them up to learn more. Overall, the tour company did a fantastic job of setting our expectations and exceeding it, I would say if you were staying at or near one of the hotels they pick up from and you don’t want to drive, this is well worth it as it was in our case, 5 star.

I rated this tour based on the driver/guide that we had today. Humu did a thorough job providing our tour with information and spiked with good humor to and from the site. Once we arrived at Pearl Harbor it was a self guided tour. Our pre booked tickets to view the USS Arizona were timed though and it only left us enough time to do the museum and the USS Arizona. We did not have enough time to see the other ships in the Harbor to tour. But it was due to random booking times and not the fault of our tour company.
The tour was very interesting and we enjoyed the “Ranger chat” on the site of the USS Arizona.

E Noa was the perfect company for our tour. We arrived fairly early, Pearl Harbor was less crowded. The guide recommended we visit the museum, telling us it was worth the extra cost. We listened, and it really was. We had more than 2 hours to explore the entire site. We then had a brief guided tour through the city. The guide was full of interesting facts. It was a great experience. Wed highly recommend this tour…especially the early morning one!

Very important to realize what this is and more importantly, what it isn’t.
This is a guided bus ride from your hotel to the Pearl Harbor memorial site. It is NOT a guaranteed ticket to take the boat out to the USS Arizona. Because of the current limitations by the federal government on admissions to the site, unless you have made a reservation on the Recreation.Gov website (which sell out far in advance), you will simply be standing in the Standby line with everyone else. Therefore, be aware that you will essentially be paying for a very expensive Uber ride - nothing more.
The tour company did let me know this information in advance, so we cancelled and got a refund. If you don’t have a specific reservation time, your best bet is to get up very early and go to the site. The parking lot gate opens at 6:00 am. The admission gate opens at 7:00 am and the first boat leaves at 8:00 am.
Our family got there at 6:30 am to stand in the standby line and we were able to get on the very first boat.

I was a bit surprised that there was not more to the tour. E Noa tours was basically a ride to and from Pearl Harbor. We were dropped off and left on our own. We were also given 1:30 tickets to go to the USS Memorial and as soon as it was done we returned to the bus but I had been called twice saying we were late even though E Noa provided the 1:30 tickets and the boat ride and back took approximately 1 hour.
I would recommend that for this specific tour you get an Uber or taxi instead and save yourself some money.

Perhaps I didn’t do my homework enough beforehand, but this was a pretty underwhelming experience. The trolley was about 15-20 minutes late for pickup.The “narrated” tour consisted primarily of the trolley driver telling jokes, mixed in with some limited information on Waikiki history/tourism spots on our way to the memorial. Once we arrived at the site, it was basically “go redeem your Arizona Memorial ticket at the time stated.” That was the last we saw of the trolley driver before heading back to Waikiki and there was no “tour” of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial. We were left to our own devices of navigating the FREE national memorial ourselves. Paying $50/person for essentially transportation to and from the site hardly seems worth it (especially when you don’t have the freedom of coming/going as you please, so this event turns into a 6-7 hour nightmare).

The entrance to Pearl Harbor is free. I paid $50 each for a bus ride. We were called that morning that they couldn’t guarantee a timed entrance until 1:30 that afternoon but we had another reservation that evening. We had to stand for 1.5 hours and watch boats fill with timed tickets to get to tour the USS Arizona, which was the reason for the reservation. The Arizona park ranger did an excellent job of telling the story and honoring the memory of these young sailors.

Did not get what I expected to get. First, there is no guide, only a driver who tells you what any Uber driver will tell you. Couldn’t even hear a thing he said as the wind and rain and plastic poncho flapping in the wind were way too noisy.
Mostly, they took out almost a full day of our trip. The tickets they got us were for 1:30 from a 10 am pickup and 25 min drive. That’s over 2 and a half hrs of wondering….way more than needed, and hopefully you’ll spend money while you sit there bored, wasting your day in honalulu.
So we left our hotel stop at 10:05 am and won’t be back til 3:30 for an hr exhibit. You don’t have a guide, an audio (unless you buy it yourself).
This was not worth it as I sit here waiting because the advertisement was inaccurate and bracause the tour company didn’t get us tickets fitting the description

The Arizona was being serviced, so didn't get to go on it, which is really the highlight of the tour. The shuttle to the other attractions also took forever, which ate into the short time available on the tour. Recommend going to the submarine museum instead of Missouri or Aviation museum, because there are other places to experience battleships and aircraft carriers, but submarine is more unique.

Booked this tour for 8 family members before arriving in Oahu because I called and was assured that part of the tour (as it stated) would be to visit the USS Arizona Memorial as we had read not many reservations available and it would be difficult to get tickets. After reading their advertisement I called to confirm that we would be able to visit the USS Arizona and I was assured it was. We paid $97 per person. and guess what we did not get to see the memorial. We received several texts days before asking us to confirm that we would be ready for pickup and explaining the plan. then came the 7pm the night before text giving us this story that a ferry had damaged the dock and would be very difficult to get on the ferry to see the memorial. They knew all along that we would not get on that ferry. The damage happened a while ago if there was any damage, as they are renovating the dock area. This was not new news to them. We got bamboozled into a tour that was basically an expensive ride to Pearl Harbor. We would have been better off getting our own transportation first thing that morning and waiting in the standby line to get on the ferry.

The tour can accommodate a scooter. The boat that takes you to the USS Arizona memorial can also accommodate a scooter.
We are taking our 2 granddaughters to Hawaii the end of October. We are staying at the Aulani Disney Resort. Our flight home doesn't leave until 7:32 p.m. on November 1. It was suggested we do our Pearl Harbor excursion the day we fly home. Is it possible to get picked up at Aulani? Is there enough time to do this excursion and be at the airport 2 hours prior? Thanks!

We were picked up about 2 blocks from The Hilton Garden Inn, Waikiki. My 81 year old mom made the walk to the bus pick up.
