After hotel pickup, begin your guided sightseeing tour at the Utah State Capitol. From there, head to the Mormon Pioneer Trail, a historical route walked by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as This is the Place Heritage Park.
Other stops include Temple Square, Fort Douglas, National Pony Express Monument, and 2002 Winter Olympic venues.
The tour ends with a performance by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Choose either an evening rehearsal on Thursday or a concert on Sunday morning. The performance is held either at the LDS Conference Center or the Salt Lake Tabernacle in Temple Square. Those on the Thursday tour dine at Brigham Young’s pioneer home (own expense) before the rehearsal, and on Sunday, lunch is served after the concert (own expense).
At the end of the tour, you are returned to your hotel.
