I was able to experience all of the tourist spots that I wanted with everything on one app and couldn’t beat the price. The Aquarium, Zoo, Civil rights museum.

Think twice before purchasing!
Mar 2021
I purchased the Atlanta CityPass for my daughter's 18th birthday. She wanted to do a weekend in Atlanta. The pass seemed like a great deal. HOWEVER, you are not able to see the availability of the venues featured by CityPass until you purchase the pass. Once I had $300+ worth of passes I found that the GA Aquarium was booked except for 8am on a Friday, the Civil Rights museum had no openings for the entire 9 day period of our passes and, to top it off, Zoo Atlanta was completely booked! Customer service was less than helpful and just repeatedly told me "no refunds" because I had made an aquarium reservation. I wouldn't use it again simply due to poor customer service. When we finally found a Zoo Atlanta reservation on a Wednesday morning after our weekend the weather turned and was threatening severe thunderstorms with tornadoes. I contacted CityPass asking for help rescheduling my visit and was told "Too bad, take an umbrella." Ultimately Zoo Atlanta helped me. Be careful if you purchase this pass!

Would never recommend CityPASS
Mar 2021 • Family
Purchased 2 CityPASS tickets which had stated that we would receive 5 attraction in Atlanta that had to be used in 9 days and when we called to make reservations we were told that nothing would be available till April after we had already flown up from Ft Lauderdale Florida and were at our hotel. We found out that the ones that needed a reservations were not available through CityPASS but were available for full price at each attraction. That only 100 CityPASS holders can enter these attractions where 1000s attend. All we were offered was a refund which stated would take up to 15 days, and no compensation for our inconvenience and ruined our vacation.

Worth the money
Feb 2021 • Family
Every experience was great. We especially enjoyed the Aquarium, Civil Rights Museum, and the Coca-Cola Factory. Wishing they would have put in a replacement for the CNN tour, for they are all centrally located. Loved that everything was within walking distance of each other. Everyone except for the Aquarium practiced great social distancing, they need to do a better job. Only one area did they ask that you stand 6 feet apart,, that was where the whale sharks were. Well worth the money.

Not worth it
Jan 2021
We did not purchase the City pass when we went to visit Atlanta, but we did our research. The price was only worth it if you went to at least 3 places - but there weren't so many to choose from (only 6). I also didn't understand why it was a 30 day ticket, most visitors are there for max a week, but it seems they upped the length of the ticket to make it seem more worthwhile, but for many people who don't have a month to hang out it doesnt make sense. It's a shame because we've used city pass in other cities and really enjoyed it. Also maybe if they had free parking included it would be more worthwhile.
