Present your voucher for admission at The Museum of Flight, then start your tour of air and space with a flight-themed 3D movie in the museum’s 3D movie theater.
Continue into a hangar to see some of the more than 150 aircraft on display, including a faithful replica of the plane that Amelia Earhart disappeared in, the very first flight-worthy Boeing 747, a sailplane, Aerocar, and a human-powered MacCready Gossamer Albatross II.
The museum also has a full-sized mockup of a Space Shuttle Orbiter, the kind used for training before space missions. Exhibits change frequently, but all explore the wonder and technology of flight, from the earliest planes to the frontiers of space exploration. On clear days, don’t miss the views from the T. Evans Wyckoff Memorial Bridge, where you’ll have views of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Mount Rainier.
