Hello CuriousSteps, Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with us. We are still new to this area and greatly appreciate the Feedback you have provided. We are sorry that you felt Timothy's presentation was lacking and that it hindered your experience with us. Since this is a newer market for us, some of these guides are new as well and we are always looking to improve and grow through training. I will pass along your comments to our Guide Manager so we may take these things into consideration as we continue to settle here in NOLA. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about your experience and we hope you decide to take Walks with us on your next adventure! Warmest regards, The Walks Team
