Overview
Without a guided tour, you’re likely to miss the tales from Savannah’s rich history that make this city one of the top destinations in the South. A guide brings the Hostess City of the South to life by pointing out the buildings, monuments, and other historic attractions that mark Savannah’s development from Georgia’s first colony to the trending city that it is now.
What to Expect
Meet your guide in downtown Savannah to begin your walking tour. Starting in Reynolds Square, stroll down cobbled alleyways and past pastel-colored buildings populating the historic core of the city.

Pass top sights like Forsyth Park, River Street, and the original Girl Scout Headquarters building as your guide provides information about Savannah’s colorful history as the first Georgia colony, its role in the Civil War, and its recent revival. Plenty of stops for photos and questions help you make the most of your tour.

Thanks to Savannah’s small size, two hours is just enough to see the historic district’s top attractions, leaving you free to explore the rest of the day on your own.

Serious tour - no theatrics! Some amusing antidotes but truly a walk through history

Our tour guide was Kelse. He was excellent! One of the best things about this tour was that we had ear phones for one ear attached to a speaker so we could hear Kelse clearly as we walked on the tour. This was so wonderful!...More

Yes, it probably is accessible. However, it is lengthy in both time (2 hours) and distance traveled (3+ miles). Have you contacted the Tour Company regarding your question.

There are parking structures near by and it is normal city parking costs. I don't remember it being too expensive. There are also free buses that run around town.
