A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour
US$83.00
Overview

Experience a Brooklyn sightseeing tour and pizza-tasting adventure in one fun, hassle-free excursion from Manhattan. Enjoy the comforts of a climate-controlled bus while crossing the Brooklyn Bridge and cruising through New York’s most populous borough. See the DUMBO, Sunset Park, and Bay Ridge neighborhoods and landmarks such as Coney Island Boardwalk. Visit two revered Brooklyn pizzerias, all with the help of a guide and without having to brave the subway.

What to Expect

Start your tour in Union Square, where you board a bus and ride from Manhattan over the East River and into Brooklyn. Your first pizza pit stop is the Neapolitan-style pizzeria, Grimaldi’s, under the Brooklyn Bridge in DUMBO.

Then, your end-to-end tour of Brooklyn takes you from DUMBO, the neighborhood named for its location Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, and past Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Fulton Ferry Landing, and Red Hook before heading to Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Bath Beach, Bensonhurst, and Coney Island, home of the famous boardwalk.

Along the way, your guide points out filming locations from classic New York movies such as Goodfellas, Saturday Night Fever, Annie Hall and The French Connection.

Your second pizza stop is L&B Spumoni Gardens, known for its Sicilian-style pizza. Two slices of pizza and non-alcoholic beverages at each location are included in the tour price.

Super fun way to see Brooklyn!

We took the pizza tour this week and it was the most fun part of our NY trip! Marc is a hoot - he keeps you laughing, but is also very informative and really knows Brooklyn. You definitely get enough to eat and drink. Will...More

Under other circumstances we probably wouldn't get to Brooklyn and this was an ideal way to do it. Our guide was a local and clearly knowledgeable about this part of New York and had an entertaining delivery style. I do think you might need to...More

Best guide ever

Tour was great. Went with Marc and he was hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had, and I’ve been on plenty of food tours. For one, Marc is his own stand up comedy show and can go on forever entertaining the whole bus....More

Great Fun, Great Pizza

We had a great time on this tour. Paula was a perfect guide- knowledgable, funny, and engaging. She did an amazing job of providing history, context and fun, gossipy stories as we drove around areas of brooklyn most tourists would only see in the movies!...More

I don't think so. I've done the tour numerous times and not noticed any. At L&B you want to purchase Spumoni anyways, it is amazing. After the pizza and Spumoni, you'll be too full to think of anything else. Definitely do... More

You don't get to walk the bridge but its so easy to do that any other day. This trip really is all about Brooklyn itself taking you down streets and past houses you'd never expect. Then the pizza. My god. The pizza.
