Your journey around Manhattan begins at the pier. Climb aboard either the Manhattan or Manhattan II—both 1920s-style yachts with teak decks and climate-controlled observatories. On the tour, you make a complete circumnavigation around Manhattan, traveling along the Hudson, East, and Harlem rivers. From the water, you see many of the city’s distinct landmarks, including the Chrysler Building and One World Trade Center. You also catch glimpses of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and other waterfront highlights. As you go, enjoy one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or other beverage on board, as well as hors d’oeuvres. The tour ends at your departure point.

Great Tour of Manhattan by boat
Jan 2021 • Family
I'm a bit of a land lubber, so I wasn't sure if a three hour boat tour was up my alley. So you can imagine my surprise when I felt crest fallen when the Manhattan II began to turn to dock at the end of the tour. What, it's over already, I could hear a voice in my head saying. I have lived and worked in NYC my entire life. I have taken countless ferry rides, and a few other NYC boat tours. But I gotta say, the Harbor Cruise AIA tour around Manhattan was fabulous. The architect spoke nonstop for almost three hours, imparting interesting information about NYC, that kept my head turning like an excited dog running to see out windows. The staff and crew were fabulous. The boat is beautiful and in mint condition. In fact, we loved it so much that a week later (last night) we went out again on the Manhattan II for a City Lights tour. Again, it was fantastic. To my surprise, my son's only expressed disappointment was that there was no guide imparting information like there was on the AIA tour. Frankly, I didn't think he had been listening.

Hypocritical
Nov 2020
Canceled my trip with less than 24 hours notice. No reason give. Not an issues with the weather.

Super disappointing...and _really_ hypocritical, since the tour operator has a "a zero tolerance" cancellation policy for customers ["All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties"].

In the cancellation email, they suggested that we take another tour that left the dock in the past! Super unprofessional

Great way to learn about historic and modern New York architecture
Nov 2020
What a great day on the elegant 1920s style yacht while learning about the fascinating architecture of New York. Everything was well organized, the boat is immaculate, crew were helpful and friendly. The guide was a fountain of knowledge, he made it so interesting, and had a good sense of humor, too. I almost didn't want it to end, highly recommend!

Tour the entire island of Manhattan in under 3hrs and learn tons
Oct 2020
A really fun, easy & energizing way to escape on the water for 3hrs. Learned lots! Our architect-guide was so interesting and made this expedition totally worthwhile. Very comfortable ship and with windows wide open inside, felt very Covid-safe. One could alos sit out on the deck and still hear the architectural explanations. there had clearly been a lot of thought and care paid to making passengers comfortable & serene in the Covid-reality. At a time when we could all use activities to lift our spirits, this is an ideal Sunday afternoon choice!

A perfect way to see Manhattan - don't miss this!!
Sep 2020
We went on this 2 and 1/2 hour cruise on the Manhattan 2 yacht. It circled Manhattan on a beautiful morning in September. It was hosted by an architect who provided architectural and historical comments on so many points of interest. It was fascinating! We highly recommended it.

We went during Covid distancing rules and felt very safe - everyone had masks, including our host. We were able to sit with our family in a separate area inside, or stand in a designated area outside. It was thoughtfully executed with safety in mind, but did not detract from the sights or information being provided.

This is a great way to see a great city - we highly recommend it!

Really lovely day, even in the rain! Nice drinks and nibbles, amazing views of New York.

I loved the detailed comments by the guide. But the highlight was standing on the deck in a full gale. I loved it!
