Bought the city pass while in NY. Total rip off. Trust me when I tell you they charge you to much money for what its worth. I had nothing but issues with the pass at the door of the atractions trying to scan it. On top of that they wont let you in at the attractions if you don't…

Response from CityPASS-AR, Director of Social Media and Online Content at New York CityPASS
Responded 29 Oct 2020
We confirmed with Statue Cruises that they were open and operating normally on October 13. As stated on our website in two locations, as well as in ticket email you received after you purchased, and in our online Travel Guide, which we give you a link to in your ticket email, CityPASS does not include admission to the crown or pedestal inside of the Statue of Liberty: Reserve ticket for one Statue Cruises ferry ride to and from Liberty Island and Ellis Island, audio guides, and admission to the Statue of Liberty Museum and Ellis Island Immigration Museum (Crown Tickets and Pedestal Access not included) You did take the Statue Cruises ferry to the islands, so you did receive CityPASS admission to that attraction. The 9/11 Museum was closed according to its normal operating schedule; it’s closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We provide the hours for 9/11 (and all attraction)s in two locations on our website so that customers can be aware of schedules before they purchase. We also include the hours of each attraction in the ticket email you received after you purchased, and in our online Travel Guide, which we give you a link to in your ticket email. Because of these reasons, unfortunately your request falls outside of our refund policy.
